My name is Justice Bathas and I am currently a Masters of Science in Management student at the University of Notre Dame. I graduated from the University of Missouri in May of 2023 with a Bachelors Degree in Journalism and a Business Minor. During my time at Missouri, I worked as a Sports Anchor and Sports Reporter for an NBC Station in Columbia called KOMU.

Throughout my work experience at the news station, I gained valuable experience in the industry, along with growing my leadership, communication, and time management skills.

After wrapping up my time at Mizzou, I inserted myself into the business world by accepting a position at a Financial Planning office, as a Financial Assistant at Dowling Legacy and Retirement. During this experience, I absorbed an insurmountable amount of knowledge about long-term investments and retirement planning.

During this time, I researched options for Graduate Programs to further my education, which is where I encountered the MSM program at the University of Notre Dame. After completing my due diligence on the program, I determined that the opportunity this program presented for my future outlook was extremely valuable. This made for an easy decision to fulfill a lifelong dream and pursue a business degree from the prestigious University of Notre Dame.
